Tucson Audubon Paton Center Little Library

The concept of a free lending library has been around for a few years but the new one at the Tucson Audubon Paton Center is extra special. Why? Because it was a cooperative effort built by locals including the 6th – 8th grade Patagonia students plus grown-ups from the Patagonia Creative Arts Center and Borderlands Restoration Network.

Beautifully designed and constructed of hand made tiles and painted by a local artist, the little library will be stocked with nature themed books. It will be the perfect addition to one of the best birding areas in the Sky Islands. Tucson Audubon Paton Center Lending Library
