Patagonia Plants – Nursery & Garden Center

A family-owned nursery run by local horticulturalist Mary McKay, Patagonia Plants is your source for all things garden-related.

Patagonia Plants specializes in locally grown starter plants that are specifically selected to perform in the Zone 8 garden. Mary sells seasonal vegetables, herbs, annual and perennial potted plants, trees, shrubs, indoor plants and succulents. Her nursery cats, Cheetos and Pringles, keep a close eye on things.

In addition to locally grown plants and starts, Patagonia Plants is your source for great garden art and a wide assortment of containers. Pick out the pot plus the plants you like and Mary will create something perfect for you or as a gift for someone special.

Mary is all about sharing her love of plants, so keep your eyes on our events calendar because she sponsors cool workshops like terrarium building or creating a kokedama.

Words from some of Mary’s happy clients:From plants to soil, compost, and organic fertilizers, this nursery has everything you need to get your garden going!” “Thank you to Patagonia Plants for providing heritage, in-season plant starts!” “Thank you, Mary. My mom loved her hand-planted terrarium.”

The smiles on her customer’s faces tell the rest of the story.
