Visit the Richard Grand Memorial Meadow at the Paton Center for Hummingbirds during the spring and summer months and you will likely find many wildflowers and other native plants that are beneficial for all kinds of wildlife. Colorful blooms provide nectar for pollinators such as butterflies, native grasses offer seed for various bird species, and dried plant material in the wintertime provides shelter for native solitary bees.
