Your rental includes the 3-bedroom Oak House, the 6-bedroom Cochise Hideout, the Bunk Room, Coronado Commons commercial Kitchen & lounge, the Gadsden Art Barn (screened pavilion), the Covered Gazebo, all outdoor patios and lounge areas, the fire pit, tree platforms, and the full 25 acres of property including the one-mile walking loop and direct national forest access.
